If your books have not turned up
This is the problem I hear about most. Nearly always, it is a delivery problem I can fix in a couple of minutes. Before you write, check your spam folder and promotions tab. That is usually where the email has gone.
If it is not there, write to me and I will send the files by hand. You do not need an order number; the address you paid with is enough.
Refunds
Full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Just email support@coachfrankholt.com or reply to your receipt email. Terms
